The U.S. Constitution defines specifically the powers of the Executive in Article II. This PragerU 5 minute video reviews these powers here.
The Constitution requires the Congress and Supreme Court the authority to ‘check’ this branch if either consider the Executive is preforming unconstitutionally. It is then up to us, we the people, to make sure they are all acting within their Constitutional boundaries.
“We the people” have never assumed the duties the founders charged us with. There is no better time than now to repent and begin. We need to begin by finishing the ratification of Art. The first, proposed by Madison and sent, by congress, to all states for ratification. Now with 27 more states approval small towns and rural America would finally get the representation our founders envisioned.
