Federalism is the unique way that the American states have Constitutional authority to meet and address important issues that affect them from their local region or on a national level. They have responsibility for Constitutional mandates such as the Electoral College and Article V’s amending conventions, or the ULC (Uniform Law Commission), PCC (Phoenix Correspondence Commission) , among many other opportunities to gather for a more perfect union. Here’s an example.
