Electoral College vs. NPV

Thinking you just had a heart attack, would you go to your family doctor and ask her to schedule open heart surgery? What if it was just indigestion? Wouldn’t you want a surgeon who knew why you were there and then how to proceed?

The same holds true with the NPV trying to remove the Electoral College from the Constitution without any idea of why its there and using a misguided and very skeptical procedure to cut it out. Bad move.
